The Space

A sliding door leads to a private patio, opening onto a shaded, grassy area overlooking the 1st hole fairway of the golf course. A protective safety net ensures the space is shielded from stray golf balls.
Upstairs, a spacious landing connects two bedrooms and additional lockable storage for linens and essentials. The Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed and access to a private balcony with scenic golf course views. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed if desired. A well-equipped main bathroom sits between the two bedrooms, accessible via separate lockable doors. Extra bed linens and mattress protectors are available in the owner’s closet.
