Payment Policy
Payment may be made by wire transfer to the account provided or via credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Outside 60 days prior to the Client’s arrival date at the villa the Company will refund the total deposit to the Client if and when the Company receives written notice of the cancellation. Between 90 and 60 days prior to the Client’s arrival date at the Villa the Company will refund 50% of the total deposit to the Client if and when the Company receives written notice of the cancellation. Where cancellation is made within 60 days of the arrival date at the Villa no refund is due. Any charges or other fees applied to the return of a client’s payment will be added to the administration fee of US$100.00 when deposits are being returned.

- Cost for confirmed Late Check out up to 3pm: US$50 per Hour
- Cost for confirmed Late Check out from 3pm - 11 pm: Half the nightly rate plus 10% Levy and 2% Booking Fee plus 17.5% VAT

Fees
- Utlities included. Sometimes capped for 30 day plus bookings, please enquire
- Damage Deposit: US$1,00.00 will be a temporary held on the client's credit card and will be removed once there are no damages
- Cleaning Fee: US$120.00
- 10% Government levy will be added to rental rate
- No government levy is applicable to cleaning fees
- There is an additional 10% VAT on all bookings
