Managing Director
David Coombes is the CEO of Coombes & Co, bringing with him a wealth of local, regional and International sales experience gained over 40 years. He ran his own real estate business in the UK and travelled across Europe and the Middle East in his role as Sales Director for Paramount Pictures, where he developed the sales of their television programming for a decade and achieved the biggest sale of TV programming in Russia in the 90s.
He has grown and developed Coombes & Co into a successful real estate business and has a clear vision for it to become one of the finest dedicated boutique real estate companies in the region.
Born in Jamaica to a British father and a Barbadian mother, he was raised in Barbados and the UK. David is dedicated to providing a personalised service and building strong relationships with his clients. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, surfing, skiing and being active outdoors.

With many years of experience in admin and support in Barbados and overseas Cindy lived in Paris for many years and speaks fluent French. Cindy is a founding member and Director of Coombes & Co.

Rosemary Inniss, a seasoned Real Estate Broker with over 15 years at Caribbean Island Properties Inc. now Coombes & Co. is driven by a passion for real estate and a genuine connection with clients. Born in Barbados, she spent her formative years in England and Canada, returning to Barbados over 27 years ago. Known for her exceptional dedication, Rosemary assists clients in achieving their real estate goals, and outside work, she enjoys Formula 1 racing and creative projects, expressing her warm and welcoming personality in both professional and personal pursuits.
Junior Real Estate Agent
Influenced by her parents' entrepreneurial spirit, Samantha entered the real estate industry, inspired by their success in building a thriving company. Fuelled by a passion for our island's real estate market, she is dedicated to upholding their tradition of excellence as a sales and rentals agent. With a master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, making her adept at ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Over the past three years, Mickhel has demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and adeptly navigated challenging and intricate situations. Gina-Lee is a highly respected hospitality professional with a diverse career spanning almost 40 years. With extensive experience in bars, restaurants, and managing award-winning establishments, she has excelled in roles such as Brand Manager, Hotel Manager and Leader of Residential Property Management. With a passion for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, Gina-Lee believes in the power of teamwork and carefully established processes. In her free time, she indulges in creative pursuits like cooking and painting, and her love for travel is fuelled by a desire to spend quality time with her son in England.
