Located about a 2-minute drive from Speightstown, guests can easily access amenities such as the supermarket, bank, gas station, convenience stores, restaurants, pastry shops and more.
Located on the ground floor is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment fully equipped with a kitchen and a shared patio and sundeck with the neighboring apartment. If you’re looking for a charming beach house in a peaceful location, Aquatreat is truly a special place to stay.
Infants 0-6 months are welcome, and children aged 12 years and above are permitted.
There is an outdoor shower and bathroom for guests to wash off when coming in from the beach. The A/C units are in the bedrooms only. For the AC units to operate properly, someone must be in the room and the bedroom door needs to be fully closed, there is an energy-saving sensor that will turn the AC off if the room is unoccupied or the door is open.
Please be advised that the villa is stocked with a starter set of essential supplies. Once these are used, it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase any additional items needed during their stay.
