Set on the Northwest coast of Barbados sits this bright yellow gem in a pristine beachfront location. Aquatreat Beach house offers a serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of town. Step onto the beach and feel your toes sink into the warm white sand and take a refreshing swim in the cool, clear waters. Sit on the sun deck and get lost in the beautiful views of the ultramarine sea and the gentle ocean breeze. Almost every day you can wallow in the water with the sea turtles who come in and swim right up to the reef on the shore; our guests are always in for a special photo-op treat.

Located about a 2-minute drive from Speightstown, guests can easily access amenities such as the supermarket, bank, gas station, convenience stores, restaurants, pastry shops and more.

Located on the top floor is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment fully equipped with a kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. If you’re looking for a charming beach house in a peaceful location, Aquatreat is truly a special place to stay.

Infants 0-6 months are welcome, and children aged 12 years and above are permitted.

There is an outdoor shower and bathroom for guests to wash off when coming in from the beach. The A/C units are in the bedrooms only. For the AC units to operate properly, someone must be in the room and the bedroom door needs to be fully closed, there is an energy-saving sensor that will turn the AC off if the room is unoccupied or the door is open.

Please be advised that the villa is stocked with a starter set of essential supplies. Once these are used, it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase any additional items needed during their stay.

Payment Policy

Payment may be made by wire transfer to the account provided or via credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Outside 90 days prior to the Client’s arrival date at the villa the Company will refund the total deposit to the Client if and when the Company receives written notice of the cancellation. Between 90 and 60 days prior to the Client’s arrival date at the Villa the Company will refund 50% of the total deposit to the Client if and when the Company receives written notice of the cancellation. Where cancellation is made within 60 days of the arrival date at the Villa no refund is due. Any charges or other fees applied to the return of a client’s payment will be added to the administration fee of US$100.00 when deposits are being returned.
