A walkway from your building leads to a pedestrian gate, which opens directly onto a sidewalk that will take you across the street to the beach. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your convenience, though there are also rental options available at the beach.

Guest Access

With its prime location, having a vehicle is not essential, though it is highly recommended if you plan to explore the island.

The property offers ample parking in its private lot, though there are no assigned parking spaces. Parking is always available.

From the parking lot, your building is the one closest to the sea. After climbing the first flight of stairs, you’ll find the front door on your right, with a lockbox beside it. The key in the lockbox will open all the doors within the apartment.

If you prefer not to rent a car, “route taxis” (small public transport vehicles) regularly pass along the West Coast Road, offering easy access to local destinations.

Location

The Jordan’s Supermarket is within walking distance, and the vibrant Holetown is just a few minutes’ drive north. There, you’ll find a large supermarket (Massy) and the upscale Limegrove shopping complex, home to luxury brands like Cartier, Michael Kors, and Ralph Lauren. Holetown’s “2nd Street” is known for lively bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, while Sandy Crest Medical Center provides modern healthcare services.

Watersports activities are available at nearby beaches, so make sure to follow safety guidelines and wear sunblock.

A little further north, you’ll reach Speightstown, another lively area with great restaurants, bars, and a relaxed vibe for sundowners with live music.

The shared pool deck is available for your use along with other guests. The pedestrian gate leading to the beach is located between the building and the pool deck area. Simply walk along the pathway to reach the sand and surf.
