I booked David's place for a UK colleague who is working in Barbados. He loved it so much he asked me to extend the original/initial booking. Clean, comfortable and a great host.

I stayed here for my 30th birthday celebration with a group of friends, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and were enjoying our stay.

A special thank you to Gloria, who went above and beyond to help make my birthday trip unforgettable. She helped coordinate a private chef brunch, arranged in-home massages, and connected us with a reliable driver to get around the island. Her recommendations and support made planning so much easier.

We very much enjoyed our time! Speightstown was easy to get to. easy shopping. lots of little local eats around with in walking. Claudette was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. we are looking forward to booking again! the access to the beach was the best!

Had a wonderful stay here for the week! We loved all the private outdoor spaces to enjoy the sound and view of the ocean. The home is in a great location with beaches within walking distance as well as many restaurant options and grocery stores. The home is super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to make anything you can imagine. Would not hesitate to stay again. Wonderful responsive hosts!

Great apartment, clean, nice, has fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels, everything that you may need. The balcony with the sea view was our absolute favorite! Steps from the beach, bus, convience store and restaurants. Pool is very nice, with shade and trees around it. Conditioners in the bedrooms worked great, and the fan helped in other areas.

David and team were great! The house was better than expected and was a great base for the weekend

We had a group of nine stay at the villa and it was an amazing experience. The view and accommodations are exactly as the description suggests and Patricia was very helpful for check-in, exit and throughout our trip.
Highly recommend if staying on the West coast of the island. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay and everything was amazing to say the least! By far, one of the best Air B&B we’ve stayed in. The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Our host Patricia was super nice and helpful. We will definitely and without a doubt stay here when we return back to Barbados. Thank you for everything!

This place was beautiful! Very private, quiet, and peaceful. Had no issues with communication.

This is our 2nd visit to the “yellow house” 1st time we stayed downstairs this time we stayed in the much bigger apartment upstairs. It was fabulous, great location right on a beautiful beach. Olivia who owns the house is lovely and has a great history on the place and Claudette who takes care of guests every need is amazing and so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this beautiful peace of paradise ❤️

The house is beautiful. The view is amazing! The pool in the outdoor living space is well kept. The housekeeper and the groundskeeper were both very friendly and very helpful during our stay. The area is also very easy to navigate with lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our trip!

Sunkiss Villa Barbados is an outstanding place to stay, with a location that couldn’t be better. It’s within easy walking distance of excellent entertainment, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Cathy, the property manager, was fantastic—responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The villa itself is spacious and extremely comfortable, and the bedrooms were consistently kept at an ideal, cool temperature for sleeping. We only wish we had been able to stay longer. Highly recommend!!!
