Absolutely gorgeous place. I booked it for my daughter's birthday and she had a blast with the pool. You will need a car to get around as it's a fair distance from shopping etc, unless you love long walks. It's also in a gated community, very safe, private and quiet. Host was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be booking this place in the future.

Lovely location, large and airy rooms, great outdoor space

This home is beautifully situated on a hill overlooking an infinity pool and then the ocean. The house was completely spotless and clean. Hosts are responsive and kind. Beautifully kept, tons of space.

There are no words or pictures to fully describe the stunning view at this property! My favorite is the stairs that walk from the porch into the glorious vivid green and blue water!! From the first communication all the way to when sweet Gladis was there to check us out was very friendly, helpful and kind. The house is very nice. I loved the house plan and layout, it was all up to date. Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and decor. They provided us great ideas for local places to eat, fun things to do, and places to go. We took their word for it and were not disappointed. I could go on and on… to sum it up, I travel a lot and this is now one of my top places I have stayed and can’t wait to go back to!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful and incredibly kind—Cindy was especially attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.The community is very safe, with 24/7 security and a guarded entrance, which gave us great peace of mind. It is walkable to town, the supermarket, and the beach. While it is a longer walk, it is definitely doable; however, we would still recommend renting a car for added convenience.The villa itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Karen, the cleaning lady, did a fantastic job and kept everything spotless throughout our stay.When we were unexpectedly affected by a flight cancellation, David and his team went above and beyond to help us extend our stay, which we truly appreciated during a stressful situation.The amenities were a huge plus—the pool and gym are located right across from the villa, and we also had access to a private pool club and beach with a bar and restaurant. Everything was seamless and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing experience. Overall, everything was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress-free getaway

The place was amazing, the views were spectacular! The kids and wife loved the place so much, there was tons of space, tons of places nearby to eat. I don't have anything negative to say about staying here and would absolutely stay here again when we do our yearly visit. Patricia was absolutely amazing as well and took care of any and all our needs and very very friendly and the key to this place being as beautiful as it is as well!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Sunkiss Villa! The host was very friendly and welcoming, and showed us all of the property features when we arrived. The home was beautiful and well equipped, although unlike some vacation homes we’ve visited, there were no extra supplies such as spices, aluminum foil, paper towels, etc. That was not an issue - just sharing for awareness. Everything was exactly how it looked in the photos. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the AC (bedrooms only) worked well. We absolutely loved the location! It was safe and easy to walk to multiple good restaurants and bars, and we were able to swim with the turtles right off the back deck! We rented two cars and had plenty of garage space and extra parking space right outside the garage. Highly recommend Sunkiss!

We stayed at the Mahogany Grove Villa during Christmas week and it was absolutely perfect! It was such a beautiful property and the place was exactly what we needed for our family. The indoor-outdoor living was a treat and we even had a family of monkeys living nearby that we were able to see every evening. We've stayed in quite a few luxury resorts/homes in past travels and yet my children (17 & 21) stated that this was their favorite in all their years of traveling. It's was such a fun place to stay especially if you love nature. I can't say it enough, it was perfect for us.

This gorgeous house in the most incredible location was so perfect for our two families to enjoy the holidays together. We hardly ever wanted to leave the house, it had everything we could want. It was the perfect place for sunsets and moon sets. If you plan to eat out, go after sunset, it’s phenomenal at the property! The house looks just like the pictures, it’s spacious and luxurious. It was the best solution for families who want space outside of bedrooms to enjoy being together, and having lots of options of outdoor relaxing. We were able to walk to the market, restaurants and coffee shops. There were two beautiful beaches on either side of the house with the most beautiful sand and water. Their staff was amazing and helpful, great experience all around!!

We loved staying in this apartment. All the furniture was new, as if it had just been renovated. The location is great, the beach is nearby and very beautiful. I would stay again. Communication with David and the other staff was very good. I loved it.

This is a fabulous place for a Bajan vacation. The property is located on a beach, close to a boardwalk with a number of bars and restaurants. A short drive or taxi ride takes you to Carlisle Bay, with soft sand beaches, easy swimming, and more restaurants, bars, and beach clubs. Several convenience stores are within easy walking distance.The condo was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and was exactly as described and portrayed in the photos. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-end appliances; the furniture is luxurious and comfortable. The spacious balcony, with beautiful views of the sea only steps away, was a highlight for us. We appreciated the abundance of toiletries and towels. During our stay, we had a small problem with a coffee maker, but a replacement was brought within an hour. We would certainly stay here again.
