Beautiful home, fantastic location, and prompt communication. Can’t wait to visit Barbados again.

Everything about the property is just what we wanted. Up in the hills away from the bland beachfront apartments, good view, veranda to sit out on in the evening, and a warm relaxing interior. You will be sharing with the odd bird and local mouse, but that's part of the charm.

This is a great spot and was perfect for our first visit to Barbados - relaxing and great location, close to attractions.

The cottage is situated on the delightful Sugar Hill estate, which is a wonderful, peaceful escape for your holiday. It has easy access to Holetown for shops and restaurants. There a plenty of beaches in the area too. The swimming pools at Sugar Hill are quiet, clean and have the most amazing views. The cottage has the perfect location away from it all, we loved watching the sunset from the terrace. Our hosts offered a mid stay clean in the beautiful, spacious accommodation and also did some laundry for us. We really couldn’t ask for more! Thank you for the perfect holiday.

We have stayed in many villas across the Caribbean and we all agreed this was the cleanest and nicest building we have stayed in. There was no musty smell, the AC worked great, lots of hot water, quiet bedrooms, and a great kitchen. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and a small store is a 1 minute walk up the road and has essentials at reasonable prices. Carlisle and Glennis were on site each day taking care of the place and were always friendly and helpful. A couple of things to be aware. The green monkey is on the second floor and there is a large tree that blocks the view of the water. Carlisle trimmed it during our stay but if you really want a great view of the beach and water the lower or upper floor is a better choice. As well, the beach is fine but rocky in front of the villa. You have to walk 50m to the right for a sandy entry. Snorkelling is just ok. Overall a great stay.

The best Christmas in the most beautiful property

My family and I have just returned from a truly wonderful holiday at Sugar Lump on the Sugar Hill resort.

The cottage, grounds and facilities were just perfect, beautifully decorated, gardens maintained with care and pride and with all that Sugar Hill has to offer with its Club House, pool and restaurant, not to mention the little shop stocking many essentials, made it the perfect place to stay and we very much look forward to returning. Having owned a property on the Island for some 14 years, we needed to find somewhere to stay due to an existing booking at our home, Sugar Lump was the perfect find and we all highly recommend it for anyone seeking a very private, secure, and perfectly managed villa in such a beautiful location.

The townhouse was perfect for our family of five. Like a home away from home! Everything we needed was there, including all the little things like bags for the supermarket, coolers, etc. Made lots of amazing memories and will definitely return!

Sunkiss was excellent! It is centrally located in a fantastic location right next to the Gap. Well equipped and spacious with lovely sea views. Cathyann, the property manager, was amazing; she was really easy to communicate with and very friendly + responsive. She really went above and beyond to make us feel at home!

Gorgeous villa right on the beach!! Near the boardwalk and easy to walk to great restaurants! The villa has everything you need, comfy beds and great shower. Staff on property is wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend!

A Slice of Paradise at AquaTreat! As we sit in the airport, Thomas and I can’t help but wish we were back at AquaTreat. Our experience was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of joy, peace, and happiness in this beautiful sanctuary. Olivia and Claudette truly made our stay unforgettable. Their warmth and kindness were evident from the start; Claudette even held my hand and walked us across the street on our first night to savor the best fish we've ever had! The personal touches made us feel right at home. AquaTreat itself is a pristine oasis—beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The community of swimmers was delightful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a place where laughter and joy are always in the air. We can’t wait to return! A month was simply not long enough to soak in all the love this place has to offer. Both Thomas and I wholeheartedly give AquaTreat 10 stars! Booking was a breeze, thanks to David, who answered all our questions with such patience and detail. This was our first stay, but certainly not our last!

A lovely single story villa nestled amongst mahogany trees. The photos are representative - whilst the furnishings and fixtures are all a bit dated and sometimes rough round the edges, it was all thoroughly charming, well provisioned and made for a very comfortable base…and the deck is a great place to while away hours relaxing in the breeze. The location of the villa is great and quite ‘strategic’ for a holiday exploring. You’re close to the highway so it’s easy to head out and hit the road; heading further inland to see the various sites in the hills, over to the east coast, or otherwise an easy 10/15mins drive to Holetown or wherever you’re heading on the west coast. All in all a good value base camp for a group of family - thanks for a lovely stay
