I was a first-time buyer hoping to purchase a piece of the rock. Nicole liaised with the listing agent to get me the information I needed and checked in with me regularly. When I was ready to make an offer, she walked me through the entire process, giving me guidance on how to make the offer, explaining what certain terms meant, when to check with the lender, lawyer, land surveyor etc., all the way until the process was completed. She was always cheerful and understanding and answered all my questions.
