Not much words can describe this place....... my wife and I spent our 16th anniversary here and it was amazing, not much of a luxurious place so if that's what you're looking for might not be for you but this place was perfect for us. we spent seven nights here, and there's something to be said about being able to wake every morning to the sound of the ocean and we took full advantage of it spending 3-4 hours in the water at times hanging with locals, such an amazing time and the view that this place has. YES THE VIEW need i say more..... sitting on the back patio early in the morning and late at night, spectator! the sun sets are amazing. thinking about booking this place, do so quickly as it is always booked up, very popular, side note not much food in the area, you will need to stock up during the day for your nights.... but if you don't mind and you like the night life, you can always take a trip along the coast to find some awesome spots for dinner.

Stellar! We have stayed at many Air BNB locations around the world and many are great but this one is on its own level. From the impressive professional treatment with a personal check in and walk through to ensure comfort and local recommendations to the tasteful attention to detail in decor and breathtakingly perfect location we felt like we were were getting the royal treatment throughout our stay. The security gate and garage make entry feel very safe. The road noise and all the people walking by are entirely silenced inside the home and on the decks so even though it is in the absolute heart of activity, you feel completely and peacefully separated from it all. There are a couple of things to adjust to, loud music from the bars at night across the bay when you are outside, the smell of the sargassum when it is present, and the stifling heat in the house when the breezes are not blowing, but none of that detracted from the experience of pure paradise with hosts who truly care.

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The location is perfect for exploring the island, and a grocery store was just a few minutes away. For my travel group (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and 1 child) the pool was the best part! It was large enough for all to relax in/by at the same time, and it was very warm. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again if returning to Barbados!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was beautifully peaceful and we really loved the breeze! We ate out during the day so didn’t cook in the kitchen for ease. The rooms were spacious and we really liked the bathroom with the open side to the forest. You definitely need a car to get around from Cullin but we preferred this to being in town. I was worried about no aircon but the fans and breeze are sufficient! The pool was a big hit with the boys and well looked after/kept clean. All in all a wonderful stay and we’d definitely return to the same place! Thanks for having us David.

We had a wonderful holiday. We lucked in with our neighbours in the adjoining apartments. It could be awkward if that was not the case, since the deck is a shared space. Fantastic views and amazing snorkelling right on your doorstep. Would definitely return.

Unreal experience here! Never staying at a hotel again- this is my ideal spot from now on! Spectacular property and generous host made for a life-changing experience in Barbados. Many thanks to the team!

David’s place was great for us. Centrally located and all the amenities needed for a wonderful trip! If we ever find ourselves in Barbados again, we will definitely keep his place at the top of our list

Fabulous end unit townhouse that is bright and airy. Super clean, well maintained and cared for. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, etc. The oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher worked great. Upstairs, the bedrooms are a good size. The beds are all very comfortable and each ensuite bathroom extremely clean and in great working order. Overall, fantastic villa!

A perfect property for our trip, in a superb location, with wonderful hosts. Will hopefully visit again in the future

Felt right at home, amazing sunsets!

From Booking to our day of departure all of our needs were met. The house is beautiful and the views are breathtaking, yes, breathtaking!! The location is ideal to walk to many 4 star restaurants that varied in affordability. In the photos I expected to have a longer walk to the restaurants but it’s actually right around the corner. There’s something for everyone. 2 options for groceries within walking distance the bigger store has taxi’s standing by in case you buy too much to carry. The beach is a short walk and the beach bar is wonderful…we made a lot of friends there. As for the inside of the house, we were pleasantly surprised by the breeze that comes through the main part of the house, and the cross breeze with the windows open, no need for air-conditioning with the fresh sea air. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and a welcome respite after a long day of sun and fun. The beds are comfortable and the linens are soft. We rested very well. We highly recommend this home!!

This place was amazing….do NOT believe the photos, they do NOT do the place justice….it is GORGEOUS. The hosts (Mickhel) was incredibly helpful and proactive. Went over and beyond with checking out and helping us with storing suitcases as our flight was quite late. Small walk into Holetown got the appetite up for some amazing meals and restaurants - needs a cab back (used the “Pickup” app Barbados equivalent of Uber!) and back to this idyllic villa I have visited Barbados 4 times and this was the best time yet Thanks Phil Sarah and Vikki

Very nice location in Sion Hill, surrounded by beautiful trees and very peaceful, about 10-15 minute drive to Holetown and very nice beaches
